How long it usually take for products to arrive?

Where is my order?

You can track your order here. Please allow us 1-2 days to process and ship your order. Once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. In case you haven't received the tracking number after 5 days of placing an order, please contact us at support@puwari.com.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we have a 30-day free return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For further information, please see our return policy.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

When can I expect my refund?
